If Elvis staged his death and dropped out from society he had good reason...read about Operation Fountain Pen, for one. His life was in danger. And he was simply tired of being Elvis Presley, as he told his cousin not long before 8/16/1977. If he did survive, I doubt he would be recording new material under another name and would instead have to embrace his new anonymity. And if he did indeed die--if anybody was both ready to die or disappear, with the resources he had, it would be Elvis--let him rest in peace.

Firstly, that isn't Elvis singing. But why present it as some kind of unknown song - the suggestion being that it's Elvis? Any Elvis fan would know that Elvis himself recorded 'Do You Know Who I Am' back in 1969 at American Sound Studio (February 19th to be precise) - and this recording isn't that one! Just another lousy impersonator. Elvis died in 1977, so respect his memory and stop posting this bullshit.
